She should wait until she becomes clean, then perform ghusl, complete the Tawaf and Tawaf prayer, and afterward perform Sa‘i and the remaining rites (taqsir).

If time is short and she does not become clean, she should follow the guidance of her religious authority (in some opinions, it may convert to Hajj Ifrad).
