Moroccan Role in New Migration Wave to Spain; Political Pressure Mounts on Sánchez Government

A recent surge in migrant arrivals from Morocco has intensified political tensions in Spain, with opposition parties increasing pressure on Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez over the government's handling of border security.

Spanish media outlets and several political commentators have reported that the latest wave of migration has fueled criticism of the Sánchez administration, with opposition groups calling on the government to respond to what they describe as shortcomings in managing the country's borders.

Meanwhile, a Spanish media commentator claimed on social media that images received by him show Moroccan authorities unloading trucks filled with young men near the Ceuta border crossing.

He wrote:

"This is a very serious matter. I am receiving footage showing Moroccan authorities unloading trucks full of young men near the Ceuta border (Spain). Anyone who refuses to see that this is a fully organized operation by the Moroccan government is simply turning a blind eye."
