Major General Ali Abdollahi, commander of Iran's Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, referring to what he described as a "definitive and officially declared rule of the battlefield," stated that for every Iranian citizen killed, one American servicemember would be targeted.
According to Fars News Agency's political correspondent, Major General Ali Abdollahi, commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, wrote in a statement:
"The rule that we had previously demonstrated to the enemy as operational is, from this moment onward, considered a definitive and officially declared equation of the battlefield: in return for the martyrdom of every proud citizen of the Islamic Republic of Iran, one American servicemember will be sent to hell."
He also addressed the United States, adding:
"We have prepared free, one-way tickets to hell for you."
The commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters emphasized that this equation would henceforth be regarded as one of the definitive rules of the battlefield in response to any action taken against Iranian citizens.
