27 Of Rajab is The Day Of Mission

(27 Rajab); coincides with the Mission (مبعث) of the Holy Prophet (PBUH)

The Day of the Mission is the day when the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) was chosen as a prophet and was assigned to remove polytheism and idolatry from the earth, spread Monotheism and deliver the message of revelation to the people. Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) was forty years old at that time and lived in Mecca.
