The Israeli network reported, citing informed Palestinian sources, that the Al-Qassam Brigades is recruiting new forces and using the experiences of former forces and field commanders who are still alive to resume military training for the naval commando forces; The same forces that previously participated in operations such as the attack on the Zikim coastal military bases and the attempt to reach Ashkelon.

According to the report, this training process is being carried out in a limited manner and in small groups, and unlike the pre-war period, it is not carried out in large groups.

The Israeli network further claimed that the Qassam Brigades has begun some limited training exercises for elite forces, which are currently all related to physical fitness and no operational military exercises (using weapons or simulating the battlefield) have yet been carried out.

According to these sources, the aforementioned exercises are being carried out by direct order of the Qassam Brigades command, but in the event of any security emergency or intensification of Israeli attacks in Gaza, there is a possibility of delaying or stopping them.
